Shuruliya North Central Programs
Another two "Suhuruliya" training programs launched with the aim of providing women entrepreneurs with the information technology knowledge they need to develop their business is about to be held in the North Central Province. 12th Training of Trainers – Master Trainer Program of the ECD Project 2022
The 12th Training of Trainers (TOT) Master Trainer Program of the Early Childhood Development Project commenced on 15th August 2022 at the Community Education Centre in Thalahena, Malabe.
The TOT program supported by the Project aims to prepare the necessary pool of trainers to deliver short-term training across the nation. Delegates of the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) - for Women's Empowerment (JICA) have held discussions with the Secretary and officials of the Ministry of Women, Children and Social Empowerment on the proposed project on “Strengthening Women's Active Societies to Empower Women in Collaboration with JICA (2022 - 2025).

How to become a Digital freelancer Program
The very first session of the "How to become a Digital freelancer" training series, launched under the "Future Ready for Women & Girls project" aimed at empowering Sri Lankan women with information technology, was held in collaboration with the Information and Communication Technology Agency of Sri Lanka on 16/06/2022.at the auditorium of the Ministry under the patronage of the Secretary.
