සී.ඩබ්.ඩබ්. කන්නන්ගර මැතිතුමාගේ 136 වන ජන්ම දිනය නිමිත්තෙන් ගරු අධ්‍යාපන අමාත්‍ය මහාචාර්ය ජී.එල්. පීරිස් මැතිතුමාගේ ප්‍රධානත්වයෙන් හා ගරු අමාත්‍ය සුසිල් ප්‍රේමජයන්ත මැතිතුමා හා කාන්තා හා ළමා සංවර්ධන, පෙර පාසැල් හා ප්‍රාථමික අධ්‍යාපන, පාසැල් යටිතල පහසුකම් හා අධ්‍යාපන සේවා රාජ්‍ය අමාත්‍ය පියල් නිශාන්ත ද සිල්වා මැතිතුමා හා සීතා අරඹේපොල යන මැති ඇමතිවරුන්ගේ සහභාගීත්වයෙන් 2020/10/13 දින පෙ.ව. 9.00 ට බත්තරමුල්ල, ඉසුරුපාය ස්මාරක අභියස පැවැත්විණි. තවද එම අවස්ථාවට අමාත්‍යාංශයේ ලේකම්වරු සහ කාර්ය මණ්ඩලයද සහභාගි විය.
