Establishing Gender Mainstreaming Programme at Ministry Level
Our Ministry offered instructions and guidance on the establishment of the Gender Mainstreaming Programme in respective Ministries providing women as well as men with the opportunity of acting with equity and equality, achieving Sustainable Development Goals, and minimizing harassment against women in public institutions. Meanwhile, as per the cabinet approval obtained in 2016 the establishment of gender mainstreaming programme has been assigned as a responsibility of either director / Additional Secretary in each ministry.
