Nearly 80 officials of the Ministry participated in the program. The session focused on identifying and managing workplace stress, performing duties in a more organized and enjoyable manner, maintaining a healthy balance between professional and personal life, and enhancing workplace efficiency through positive attitudes and constructive mindsets.

The program was conducted by Mr. Bimal Yasantha Rajakaruna, who served as the resource person. He is a senior human resource trainer and an experienced professional with extensive exposure to the private sector, as well as specialized experience in developing effective organizational and business cultures.

The program provided officials with practical knowledge and insights into effectively planning their daily work, managing stress successfully, developing positive attitudes, and approaching their professional responsibilities with greater satisfaction, purpose, and commitment.

Programs of this nature are expected to contribute towards building a happier, healthier, and more productive workforce, thereby enabling the Ministry to provide more efficient and high-quality public services to the people.
